Two Moms in Tech

Doing Our Best

We’re not parenting experts, sleep consultants, nor child development specialists—and we’re not trying to be. There’s already so much great advice on the internet around sleep training, lactation, toddler tantrums, and more. What we offer is a refreshing take on modern motherhood through a technical lens. We go deep on researching the best products, apps, and tools to make your life easier, so you don’t have to. From survival guides for the chaotic seasons of parenting to tech-savvy tips and motherhood hacks that actually work, our goal is to be your trusted resource for simplification and decision making—without the fluff or judgment.

We’re well-educated, career-driven women who felt the massive lifestyle shift when motherhood entered the picture. The transition was joyful, but also overwhelming. Like many working moms, we leaned heavily on our friends to help us prepare for our first babies and to navigate the rollercoaster of those early years. We found ourselves constantly making lists, trading recommendations, and exchanging texts and opinions about baby and kid products. As our first borns grew and more of our friends entered into motherhood, we started sharing our lists and tips, and those got passed on to others. We realized we’ve been doing all this research and work behind the scenes, but there needs to be a space for these conversations and tools to be accessible to everyone.

So why take our tech advice? Because this is our wheelhouse. We both started our careers in consulting, moved into roles at big tech companies, and have since worked at fast-paced startups where efficiency and creativity is everything. We’re obsessed with using technology to solve problems, cut through the chaos, and create space for what matters most. Caroline brings an engineering background and serious tech chops, while Kathryn’s expertise lies in strategy and product. Together, we dig deep into the research, test tools ourselves, and share what’s actually worth your time (and hard-earned money).
